1. Refund and Return Policy

At Celebrating Life Bakery, we take pride in delivering fresh, handcrafted cakes and treats. Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific refund and return guidelines.

Eligibility for Refund/Return:

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered if:
    • The product is damaged during delivery.
    • The product does not match the order specifications (wrong flavor, size, design).
    • The product is not delivered due to an error on our part.

Conditions:

  • You must notify us within 2 hours of receiving the product with supporting photo/video evidence.
  • Products must be untouched and unconsumed, except for what was necessary to identify an issue.
  • Custom or personalized cakes are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or error on our part.

Refund Process:

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
  • Refunds for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as per customer preference.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to delivery/pickup are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Orders canceled less than 24 hours before delivery/pickup are non-refundable, as we begin preparation in advance.
